Job Description
Looking for a replacement for a maternity leave until 01/06/24;
Reporting to the Fraud Unit Supervisor, your role will be to combat fraud and act as its guarantor for the whole company.
Your main tasks will be to:
Dealing with fraud-prone activities on a daily basis.
Dealing with proven cases of fraud on a daily basis.
Identify new fraudulent behaviour in order to report it to the supervisor.
Become an expert in fraud detection.
Implement the resources available to guarantee quality content online.
You will be responsible for ensuring the security of our users.
You work to improve the user experience at Leboncoin. For you, this is an essential driving force on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Profile and skills :
You have a keen interest in the Internet world.
You know how to reconcile quantity and quality, be responsive and intuitive, and prioritise your tasks according to urgency.
You have detective skills: you are curious, meticulous, logical and have an excellent sense of analysis.
You know how to adapt to a constantly changing environment: today's reality is not necessarily tomorrow's.
You can suggest ways of optimising operational processes.
You can work independently and make proposals in line with your business.
You can summarise and share your investigations and discoveries with your manager.
