The Product Owner will join the Feature Team in charge of User Onboarding, with the mission of improving the 1st onsite/in-app experience. He/she will report to the Loyalty Product Manager.
The challenge will be exciting, as he/she will have to create the 1st user experience from scratch, with brand-new functionalities!
To this end, the feature team will also be responsible for the further development of our homemade segmentation platform.
The Product Owner's main tasks will be to:
Improve/build the Product :
Deliver value to users by developing new product functionalities and, more broadly, by improving the user experience while meeting business needs.
Communicate the short and medium-term vision for the product within the team, but also with other Product Owners and other teams outside the Product and Tech department (55 teams at Product and Tech in France), and/or Adevinta group teams.
Be responsible for defining and managing your product
Prioritize product evolutions thanks to a data-driven approach, in synchronization with the other POs, in accordance with the product and business challenges defined upstream and the technical challenges.
Define each product development in the form of a User Story, prioritize them within the Product Backlog, and monitor them.
Ensure team velocity and delivery in collaboration with the team's Engineering Manager
Communicate progress on the product and the roadmap for future sprints to management, other teams requesting changes, and users.
Be responsible for KPIs and measuring the impact of changes on your product
Translate business needs into functional evolutions, involving other teams to ensure a complete impact analysis while working through iterations/test & learn.
Lead the Feature Team in collaboration with the Engineering Manager, encourage team spirit, and ensure that everyone works well together to meet the team's mission.
You have at least 3 years' experience as a Product Owner in the BtoB and BtoC sectors, working for an e-tailer, marketplace or selling digital products.
Putting yourself in our users' shoes is your primary passion.
